Well, here I am sat at home! It feels strange to think that england is the 5th country I have been in within the last 24 hours!
We had a long day travelling – leaving Malawi at 1pm to fly SW to Zambia to refuel and collect more passengers, then flying up North to Ethiopia to change planes. After a wait here we boarded another plane for a long flight to Rome to refuel and drop people off before flying on to heathrow.
Once at Heathrow we collected our baggage and went through immigration control before getting on the coach and returning to York (after a quick stop at Burger King on the way!)
I guess I better go and start unpacking my bag before I fall asleep at the keyboard!
I’m hoping to update the website with photos etc soon but I have a lot on over the next few days and will be out of the country for a couple of weeks as of Friday.
